Benefits of Membership
WAHO has mandatory covenants and deed restrictions but our membership is voluntary.

WAHO was formed around 1985 and Westchester was established to foster a sense of community, and to ensure that Westchester retained it's attractiveness and appeal. WAHO is governed by a set of by-laws and staffed entirely by volunteers.

Dues are only $36.00 per year. The dues pay for our website, office supplies, mailing costs, advertising costs, telephone expense, fees for enforcing deed restrictions, an attorney, the various activities that are planned throughout the year (Easter egg hunt, 4th of July picnic, carriage rides at Christmas, annual Garage Sale, Halloween party, etc).

Registered and Paid members receive access to secured areas of our website (e.g. WAHO Newsletter, Message Board, & Meeting Minutes).
